Yesterday on 01/04 I walked in around 630am for a couple sandwich’s and oj. The place was very busy in drive thru and some people waiting for their purchases in the lobby. This woman and daughter was at the counter all upset bc she had to go to work. Another lady walked in and asked the girl in the photo below how much longer is it going to take it’s been 15 mins already. Store is clean. Since pandemic less product available hence little rotation of new products with on shelf getting stale. Entered store 1 day at 5 PM and there were no donuts on the shelf. Drive thru prospers at this location.
I go to this Dunkin' Donuts most mornings and I absolutely love it. I almost always go through the drive-thru and I ALWAYS get such pleasant service. They always greet you and offer whatever special is going on (which I know they're required to do but they always do it professionally and cheerfully), always repeat my order back, and always get mine right.
