Quick with service at the drive thru or inside. They have never messed my order up which is appreciated. Every employee that I have encountered is friendly. The place is clean. There are a few tables inside. Some parking. Corner lot and I find it easy to get in and out of this establishment because of the traffic lights.
Has definitely stepped up in quality since they moved across the street into the gas station. Now has a drive through too. Parking lot is big enough for both the gas station and D&D. Food is fresh and staff is pleasant which is a huge plus for both Dunkin Donuts and Waterbury. The gas station is a horrible parking lot to get in and out of. It is impossible to get out if you intend to go on the opposite side of the road. It was definitely in a better place across the street, but...read full review

What can I say Dunkin Donuts is the best coffee in the world formation point! And their breakfast sandwiches are excellent I haven't had one bad thing from there. So that's why they're getting my five stars and always will get five stars from me
