Owners Tony and Rosa Carvalho have perfected their craft with amazing cuisine from their home country. This little slice of heaven is in the middle of nowhere in Waterbury - which is why I like it. Don't come here expecting to eat quickly because as they say on the menu, the most important ingredient in food is time.
This place is hands down my all time favorite restaurant. Owners Tony and Rosa Carvalho have perfected their craft with amazing cuisine from their home country. Very hidden gem of Waterbury. I didn't know the place existed until I was told about it. On the outside it looks a bit sketchy but once you go inside, you're greeted with wholesome staff, welcoming ambience. The food was delicious and cultural. Very unique experience and definitely recommend coming!
