Signatures is the spot to go if you want quality food, a great atmosphere, and an amazing wait staff!The food is top quality, and everything I’ve had was amazing. If you’re into seafood, you DEFINITELY need to try the mussels!10/10, will for sure be going back there again.
The service is beyond outstanding and the kitchen absolutely knows what they’re doing.Prices may seem high but the quality, wait staff and bar absolutely back it up. Best dinner spot in Waterbury by far.Shoutout to the pear martini

First time, but it won't be the last. The food was delicious, and the service was great. We showed up without reservations, and the staff was very accommodating. We sat at the bar where Dave and the rest of the staff were very friendly and entertaining, especially with their banter.
