Taco Bell has gone downhill, and this one Is bad. 2nd time I have been here In some months, and for my last time some items have a bad stale taste to them. Also there Is usually no one at counter since It seems they want you to use the kiosk. Then when you do half the time you have to give email or text to get a receipt, which doesn't work. Placed an order in store recently and ate in house. Place was clean, but the staff seemed to be in a full mood..person behind the counter forgot my drink cup. Wasn't a huge deal,.went back and got it. All the food was like warm at best. Got their version of an enchilada. It was okay. Just their ground beef in a tortilla with sauce and cheese.
