Ok so apparently I've been so far out the loop because I'm always in Waterbury and I had no idea that Turf was like poppin like this. When someone asked me if I wanted to go I looked at the yelp profile and was extremely hesitant. No disrespect but it looked like over priced boring bar food. And I assumed an old head crowd. Last night was the first time I had been there since it's changed management. The place has not lost its downtown charm. I suspect I was just early. I don't drink so I ordered from the kitchen to practice gluttony vs drunkenness. The food was prompt and awesome. The bartender was polite.I still see it as a great place to watch any kind if sporting event imaginable. There are countless TVs.
