I could smell this place as soon as I walked into the mall! The aroma of cinnamon filled the halls so pleasantly. It invited me right over to the counter. Running on no energy and craving something sweet, this was a perfect pitstop. There were several employees making fresh new rolls and helping serve the line, and they all were so helpful. The Staff……. As I get older I wonder if I was like this when I was younger and working. Not bad life but they didn’t respect the fact they had customers. Talked to each other the whole interaction.Why 4 Stars? Cause the Cinnabon was delicious.

I was out and about yesterday, when I got the call. My wife and 9 year old son were looking at a catalog that had pictures of Cinnabon. My son wanted to try Cinnabon for the first time and they wanted to know if I could drive to Westfarms while I was out. Do you need an excuse to go to Cinnabon?
