“I've been going here for many years. It had some rough times during COVID but seems to have bounced back. The current owner and her husband have done an excellent job with some renovations and take pride in keeping it up. They still have an "All you can eat" pizza and wings night (at a great price) on Mondays and have added to Weds as well. Their wings are excellent and they offer a good variety of flavors to choose from. Only problem is that the service is very slow at this time and they automatically add the tip for this special. They also have entrees, grinders and craft beer. Great place to go!“
“Ok so let me tell u about this D&D. I love the early am staff. They're always on point with ANY beverage I order. The coffee and drinks are always made right the 1st time. The staff always are friendly and prompt. Come here to this D&D for a good donut and beverage experience. The dine in area is always clean and kept“
“Bathroom was clean and my mobile order was ready when I arrived.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible and a crossing stripes were available, but no raised or marked "sidewalk". It just got you across the parking lot to the side of the building and you walked along the blacktop to the entrance.“

“This DD location was the one I frequented when I lived in West Hartford and especially when I went to University of Hartford. During my days in college you could see me in here every Sunday morning grabbing a bagel and a cup of coffee. When I first came to this area, they were a Kosher Dunkin Donuts, which I thought was awesome. They did eventually change once their DD's breakfast sandwiches started becoming more popular, but since I never got meat there anyway it was never a big deal to me. I don't go to this location very often anymore, but when in the area, this is my DD I go to.“
“This place is organized but when a customer wave comes in it can be frustrating . Keep in mind this is a busy intersection and getting in and out of this location is easy. I came here in the midst of a customer wave and the manager was courteous but kept the line directed and moving at the same time. For a quick in and out for coffee or a short respite with coffee and bagel , this is a good place to try.“
“I went in during the height of the. Reakfast rush and made a large order for my staff. At other locations, it takes 20-25 minutes. It took them less than 10. They were organized, friendly and gave great service. I now know which location is the best!“
“We ran in to grab a coffee and Bagel cheddar twist and the customer service was great. Received EXACTLY what we asked for, the coffees were perfect and the place was clean. The men working kept the line to a couple people. I watched as the people came in and one after the other they employees got them in and out. They were Working fast and knew what they were doing! Some people think u just order and go. It's not like that when u have to have the coffee freshly made hot to order and cook what it is we ask for. As well as keep the line down. A lot goes in to working at DD“
“It wasn't busy until I was in line trying to decide what I wanted. I went with the whoopie donut. It was delicious! There was no confusion with My coffee request, which was awesome.I was there around 2 pm. There was a great crew of friendly workers.Parking: It's in a strip mall next to other restaurants. I can see where it could be hard to find a parking space.“
