I don't want to leave 1 star. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Be more careful when someone orders gluten free noodles or pasta!!!!We are fortunate that my spouse only had a sensitivity. But for others; this could be a potentially critical or fatal error.I don't want to get anyone in trouble. I know workers get busy.But this could be a potentially major issue. And could have legal implications as well.Please bring awareness to your business of the severity of something like this.

We went to noodles and Company for dinner and had such a pleasant experience! We arrived about 20 minutes before closing and even though there was an employee cleaning up as we walked in, they were welcoming and friendly. When we went to order the employee behind the register asked if we would like our food for here or to go and to our surprise, they were still willing to allow us to utilize the dining area. Orlando is the BEST.We had ordered ahead and our order was not as we had indicated.HOWEVER, the front man, Orlando went above and beyond and fixed everything quickly with a great attitude, including replacing an entire meal.Thank you Orlando!!!
