“Joe's never disappoints for lunch. Work around the corner and get take out so not looking for atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating to unique requests. Trying a dinner take out to bring home tonight. Cibo molto bouno!Parking: In front of the restaurant 190 Main“
“It was our first time at Rossutos.. the ambiance is very inviting and the food was amazing. Allona offered as an excellent service and with her great personality and knowledge she guided us to the right choices with warmth and made our experience a pleasant one! We will be back soon!“
“Pizza Lyfe is our favorite go-to. Quality, freshness, and taste are incomparable. The owner and his staff are amazing, very customer focused. I gave three stars for the atmosphere only because it's a bit noisy. Otherwise, the space is bright, clean and happy!“
“Food here is phenomenal. I love grabbing takeout from this spot. Inside is tight and the service is okay , but overall the food is always delicious. I’ve had their birra tacos , lomo saltado , pizza , and plantains and more. Everything is worth.“
“The new owners, Davis the manager and his staff provide excellent service. The quality of the food exceeded all of our expectations. Romanacci provides an impressive variety of delicious dinner options at reasonable prices. We love that it is not just your typical “grill food” and feel lucky to have this option in the community.“
“I have been eating here for the past 30 years. The Chicken Francese has to be the best hands down and thumbs ? ? ? up. All the food is fresh and has to be cooked to order. I also recommend the pizza ?. Thin crust cheese and sauce makes it !!!“
“The service was outstanding! Every time you sipped your water it was filled. No wait for drinks and food. The meal was very good. It was just a little on the pricey side. We had stuffed chicken breast - one special and one on the menu. $28+. We would definitely go back!!“
“Everything was excellent and they were so accommodating to our party of 10. The pizza is quite good with only one tiny drawback - the bacon was crumble-style instead of strips. The secret to bacon pizza is the allow the fat/grease to cook into the pizza to add the heartiest part of the meat's flavor to the pie. The agrumi salad is super delicious. And they have non-alcoholic beer! A real plus.“
“Delicious food and great service. Felt rushed and a bit surprised when we asked if we could have refills on coffee and the wait person said, “I don't know.” 10 minutes later she returned to tell us they needed the table but we could have coffee at the bar. Maybe reservations should be staggered a bit more to allow for a more relaxed dining experience.“
“Great family owned restaurant. Huge menu with reasonable prices. We feasted on wings, slices, salads, garlic knots, and even had an order of garlic broccoli. To top it off, the owner brought the 3 year old a slice of cheesecake on the house. Everything was delicious and fast service too.Parking: Park out front or around the side of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair.“
“We dined here on a Friday night at 6:30 and place was 80%filled by 7:00. Service was very friendly and efficient. Appetizers of grilled and fried calamari were very good. The 14.95 size was very adequate for 2-3 people. Drinks were excellent also. Main course of veal very good, but bourbon cream sauce had a bit too much bourbon, leaving a bitter taste. Noice level particularly loud probably related to hard wood floor. Overall, pretty solid intimate restaurant with a seemingly loyal clientele.“
“I ordered delivery, and haven't had the full dining in experience yet, so this review is strictly around the pizza.Although New Haven Apizza will always be my number one, I'm a big fan of Detroit style pizza. They're completely different beasts so I won't even try to compare them.Detroit style, for those who haven't had it, is cooked in a type of sheet pan, with crispy cheese that burns (in a good way) along the edges of the crust where it meets the pan. The sauce is typically in bands across the top of the cheese in a traditional Detroit pie.For my first time, I tried a classic Detroit style pie with pepperoni. The little pepperonis that curl into cups are a critical component of this style of pizza, and Emmy's passed the test there! The pizza was very good, and definitely Detroit style. The crust although thick (which is normal for this style) was nice and light and similar to focaccia as it should be.The sauce was excellent, no complaints there!I do have two minor quibbles that IMO are keeping this pizza from Detroit greatness:There is not enough of the crispy cheese on the outer crust. The edges should be darker with a lot more cheese in the equation. This is easily remedied, so I'm begging you to nail the best part of Detroit pizza! The bottom of the crust is also a bit blonde for this style of pizza. I'm not sure if it's the pans used, the oven temperature, or the cook time, but again IMO, authentic Detroit style should have more color on the bottom. For those of you familiar with Lions, Tigers, and Squares in NYC, I would put Emmy's a bit below them due to the two differences highlighted above.Anyways, it's great to have Detroit style pizza in the area! The pies IMO fall just short of greatness, but could easily get there with a few tweaks.I'm looking forward to checking it out in person when time permits.“
“Amazing, they open late and very friendly, I was there late at night and was actually looking to get a few slices , they told me” if you don’t see what you want , just give us 10 minutes and we make it for you” I wanted that margarita so I waited and wasn’t disappointed at all , not just that I ended up buying the whole pie for my family at home … great staff“
“It was like being in your Auntie's kitchen. Suggestions on what to try ... "get the small antipasti it's good for two" and making sure everything was to our liking.Oh, and it was! The risotto was wonderful, the seafood was cooked to perfection. No rubbery clams, etc here! And the eggplant parm requires we go back for another meal so we can have it again. The dining room is cozy, so reservations are recommended! We'll be back to sample more of the menu.Parking: Small place, small parking lot. You may need to park on the street. Or in another lot. No worries, you'll find a spot!“
