We both had Veal Martini. Absolutely the best. Our waitress was knowledgeable , friendly, helpful. This was our second memorable meal at Positano. Can't say enough good things. Our new favorite. We will be back .
I've been coming here for years. Positano used to be located near Compo Beach but moved behind the Westport Country Playhouse several years ago. The owners and staff have the warmth and the restaurant has the ambiance that is always welcoming. They truly want their guests to feel like family. The food is delicious and the Sunday Brunch has a wide variety of salads, main courses, breakfast foods and desserts to choose from. We had dinner here last night with friends. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and the tables are spaced far apart. The staff were very careful, wearing masks and gloves. The service, food and drinks were excellent. The portions were generous and we all cleaned our plates. It's one of those places where we say, "we should come here more often," and it is ideally set up for safe dining during the pandemic.
