The "3 for me" offering is the best lunch around. The service was very good, food came out pretty quickly and tastes good.I usually hit this place for lunch a couple times a month.
Ordered take out at Chili's. I experienced the BEST take out service ever. The food was quick, hot, the server was super friendly & nice when she delivered it to me in my car. I highly recommend Chili's in Windsor. I give this restaurant 5 stars.

The food and service was excellent, the place was extremely clean and all of the servers were pleasant. I had a server come over to me because I didn't have anything to drink and ask do you want anything to drink, this was amazing to me because it was not my server. I would recommend Chili's highly.
