Make sure you come hungry, the proportions are huge! The ambiance was nice, good drink menus and the prices were very fair. The service was great, our server was very attentive and accommodating to our fairly large group. This place leans Italian, though they consider themselves American. Tunxis grill was recommended to us by a good friend and it was not disappointing . The meals were great . I had the chicken parmigiana and spaghetti and my wife had the blackened salmon they were both delicious. Our friend had the steak tip appetizer and we also shared the eggplant fries. They give you a good portion for all the meals we will definitely be back for sure.

Can't say enough about a place my family routinely requests for dinner outtings. What a find this was years ago and glad to call it a staple in our eats tour.I personally love the look of the environment and the variety of rooms to be seated in.The food is always delicious, well paced for courses and never disappointing.Fried Brussel sprouts is a must and working from one end of the menu to the other is an adventure.
