The Subway or Chipotle of Asian fusion food, start with a baseboard rice or noodles, add proteins and vegetables and sauces. Unexpected toppings are potatoes and what looked like black beans. A quick lunch and great service.
Good healthy choices of food. I like the cauliflower base with Tofu in it. Counting the calories, looks like I can still get dinner and a little dessert afterwards. They don’t put a lot of sauce in it (I’m fine wit it) but if you want more, there’s an island in the middle where you can add more of it and a lot others too. Added the sesame seeds on mine and just love it.

Food is delicious here. I was fortunate enough to find a winning combo from my first visit, but it probably wasn't luck because they have great ingredients to work with. I will miss their Chinatown location.
