Great atmosphere and service!

Went here during happy hour with the kids on a Sunday. Found the service to be friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Drinks were stiff and delicious (half price during daily happy hour 4-7). Food was delicious, broth for ramen was complex and hearty. Food came out quickly and was exactly as ordered. Kids loved the menu and vibe. We're sat right in front, great place for a family to chill.Kid-friendliness: We went around 6 pm and it was a good vibe for 12/7 yo.

Chaplins is definitely a vibe! We were seated upstairs in one of the window tables. The music was not as loud as some reviews mentioned throughout 3/4 of the restaurant. Just don't sit in the bar area, as that's where they are playing music and it is loud in there specifically. The food was very good.
