“U all know how i feel about this place But today It was the only place open at this time of the morning with a bathroom Four stars for effort... Got Frozen coffee, egg and cheese wraps 2 fers and Chocolate sprinkle and a apple fritter And small apple juice Came to 12.85$ Not bad My son was happy for the most part with his donuts The fritter was Filled With As he put it apple jelly He wasnt filling it this morning . Now about my food The wraps were on sale 2 for 2$ Reg 1.99$ each Which consist of a small flour tortilla Egg round and 1/2 of cheese The lady Put together and heated up i really dont think they are worth 2$ each and at a buck each u still arnt getting much But they were ok yes i got a girly drink frozen coffee And i regret it At $4.49 for a medium Starbucks would have been a better choice It looks ok but taste of instant coffee Alot of instant coffee Unpleasant to drink couldnt finish half of it Will trash the rest The atmosphere here is laidback The place is not handicap assessable no ramp Only stairs Inside is Not over done with Pink and orange Radio rock station playing not real loud The Lady at the counter looks stressed But i think she is the only one here this morning“
“I've been here before, and I've had great service. On this particular day, when I came in, the cashier was sitting at the table closest to the register, and there weren't any other customers in the store. The first thing I did was say hello. The cashier gave me a hmm sound, but never said hello back. I gave 4 stars because she said thank you at the end and threw in some extra munchkins. Also, because this isn't the typical service I receive when I go to this DD.“

“The location is around the corner from Capital One Arena. The donuts are decent, and slightly over priced. The block has sketchy characters, especially during games. I would suggest being alert when being in the area, but the store is going to close at the end of December.“
“I picked up 4 Carafes of various coffee. There is a New staff and New Mgr! I haven't been in a couple of years. (COVID-19) I always use to pick up my coffee from this location for my Sorority Brunches. I was Very Pleased with this New Customer Service....Thank you Ladies! Dec 2, 2023 at 7am!! “This location is within the American Red Cross building, but you can access it normally and order from the app just the same. The only difference is that this location has limited hours. From the outside door, you enter a small vestibule, and you will see the Dunkin on the right. Compared to other Dunkin’s, this location is sometimes low on stock of certain food items and doesn’t always make drinks perfectly, but it does the job. I usually order ahead on the app at Dunkin, which I definitely recommend because there are frequently coupons and you can just grab and go.“

“Let me tell you. I must annoy Carlos by ordering from this Dunkin’ almost every morning at 5am exactly- but this man does not let that show! Instead, I am consistently greeted with a smile and a good morning. Carlos is so quick to get my order done and ready for me before I take a quick walk over from the next street. My coffee is always exactly how I like it, the food is always amazing. His work ethic of getting there at 4am and opening every day is so impressive, and he does it with grace. With the few times I’ve been able to really chat with him, I can tell he is a great person!“
“The one middle eastern female working the store was absolutely fantastic. She was the only employee on shift at the time and handled a rush of at least 12+ customers back to back, while ALSO making coffees and food. Get this lady a chiropractor for her back, she’s carrying the store entirely by herself.“

“On vacation in DC with the family. Kids NEEDED their donuts. This location was around the corner from our rental. Everyone was very polite and friendly. All the items were correct, hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend. It was a little awkward being in the basement of the building but everyone was helpful in finding it.“

“This is not a complete Dunkin' Donuts. You pour your own coffee and put your own donuts in a bag and then pay for it. They have a limited selection. But you don't have to leave the building to get something and that's a plus. Note, you have to be in the State Department building to get to this Dunkin' Donuts, you can't get here from the street.“
“Not open to the public but my family and I were just lucky enough to run into a couple of kind Dunkin employees on a smoke break that told us to our surprise that that it wasn’t open to the public ( Department of Agriculture) but offered to bring out an order for us if we placed it online. Given our 3 starving kids, running late, and the great prices, we are so thankful for them.“

“Really the only problem I have is that the employees don’t where name tags so I could name names. What started off as a “ rocky “ visit to Dunkin ended perfectly. The big guy with facial hair handled the situation and my order very professionally. Hats off to that “
“The service is quick however they don’t give you the potion of food you supposed to have I always order the same thing from different Dunkin’s but the food can be better or at least give me what I paid for. This is the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich.“
