We made a reservation at OpenTable for 10:45, but we had to wait until 11:10 to be seated. After the waiter brought the black tea, he still didn’t bring the cup. The meal was less than an hour old. When the waiter saw that we had almost eaten, he kept coming forward to give us hints. Visited during Cherry Blossom season with a reservation and while there was still a little wait, it was really impressive how well they handled the huge crowd. The food was excellent, as was the service. Truly a top notch establishment.

If it's not too crowded you may find yourself able to get a seat inside. However if not, and it's dinner time (~6) you have until dark to finish your food and get out of there before the homeless people come out at night and quickly create problems by harassing people who sit outside and outright crowding the exit.Go earlier in the day.
