“A little bit confusing to get to the location as the place is inside a building. It’s a bit small but easy to take out your orders. Staffs were kind and friendly. No seating inside but there’s food court near by with available seatings.“
“Went here after Christmas Day and around 8:30PM there were no other places for good coffee and pastries (I don't count the food trucks near the mall). The service here was the best! They treated us so kindly and were very patient, courteous and helpful. Great job to the entire team at this location on H St NW in Washington DC!“
“Rose (the manager) and her crew rock this location! We came into this location about 2 months ago when it was a bit chaotic inside the restaurant because they were having a local fundraiser for a local school. Rose went out of her way to ensure that we got what we ordered. And her staff were very friendly and helpful as well.Fast forward to this evening when we return to Panera. Rose and her crew were working again. They were super fast and helpful with preparing our order. We really enjoy coming into this location so that we can see Rose and her crew! And enjoy the food as well.“
“I’ve been to this location twice now for coffee. Employees are much nicer than at most counter service places at DC — the “Panera touch” is there. Atmosphere is what you would expect from a city Panera.Both times, I customized my drink to be less sweet and that customization was not performed either time. But they remade the drink quickly and were very nice about it. Just make sure you take a sip of your drink before leaving!“
“I used to eat here a lot late at night, if I wouldn't get sleep or felt no sleep early in the morning while homeless. I was homeless at the time, thank God I have a lovely home in Uganda-my home country. No one at all gave me a hard time while eating here(odd orders), my meals were always in order and very accurate. I have almost zero complaits except that the hospital always failed to keep the bathrooms well stocked with essentials like toilet seat paper covers and paper towels. However I do not put the blame on the restaurant but rather goes to the hospital that I think maintains the bathrooms. Be aware that they do not serve sodas but have all the charged juices from what I remember which a great thing avoiding unhealthy soft sodas. I used eat here in the month of August this year of 2022 while I was in Washington DC area while relocating to Uganda after attaining wisdom from US. Thank you staff working at this location, for taking care of us-you are all amazing and I love u guys because u always gave me what I always wanted/needed which I rarely got from other restaurants or Panera locations.All in all, please eat here whenever u can always, they server pretty hot meals, fresh and very accurate.“
“The manager was very generous to me and my family. We ordered vegetables soup on 4/7/22. However, when I arrived at our hotel with the food, it was onion soup. I didn't like. This morning (4/17) I went back to Panera and made my complaints. The manager gave us vegetables soup. Not only that, He went above and beyond. When I ordered breakfast wrap, pizza and drinks. He said it was on him. And gave us 3 chocolate cookies. Thank you, I think his name is Phillip for your generosity and kindness.“
“It is a very nice placeBut it is very uncomfortable to eat inside the place because the tables are very dirty, the floors are always dirty and not to mention the bathrooms and the homeless who come to bother the people who are eating their food, they do not have aControl with good cleaning of the premises.“
“One of my fav Panera because it has good location. The strawberry charged lemonade is amazing. The space is a little bit smaller than expected but I was just picking up and go so it was fine. The employees were all very nice and respectful.“
