Went here to buy some pretzels. The staff were courteous and efficient. My pretzels were fresh. I also got the cinnamon butter dip and the chocolate strawberry and both were delicious! Definitely will go back again. The location was Bear, Delaware.
This is another decent and great customer service Pretzel factory location. Very clean inside, greeted soon as entering, and patient customer service while making choice of purchase. Wasn't crowded and very fast service. Only purchased some small 6 rivet pretzels with 2 dips for $3.25 so I was pleased with everything. Overall when you want hot, fresh, and soft pretzels settle your cravings right here when your in the area. Good job pretzel factory, keep up the good work here.

The pretzels are fluffy. Some other locations are more flat and dense. The workers are friendly and helpful. They never disappoint me and I go there a lot. I only order party trays from this location.
