I was in DE for a visit and decided to stop in for a meal. Ordered 2meats & 2sides. Brisket was ON POINT, pieces were thick, chunky and pulled apart EASY.... seasoned just right. A large piece of fish prepared perfectly.. 2 thumbs up for both sides (Greens/Mac & cheese). The topper was something I had not planned on... Cornbread.. Moist with a hint of sweetness.THANKS Adams' Rib ??????
If have been looking for a good rib joint then this is the place to go. The ribs are fall off the bone. Juicy, lip smacking and finger licking good. I just finished off my meal and can’t wait to go back

Absolute best fish sandwich in Delaware. Light Crispy batter. Tasty ! The people are so friendly. My coworker’s BBQ was equally as good. Fall off the bone ribs & chicken. Definitely some of the best BBQ around.
