My husband and I stopped in not knowing the restaurant was there but smelling the food outside as we were walking by. We decided to go in and was greeted by a woman whom I believe may be the owner. She told us the menu items and we made our selections from there. I had fried turkey, he had fried chicken and the sides we picked were rice & beans and cabbage. Delicious food! Flavoring was on point. My favorite was the Mac and cheese and the cabbage. Whole fried fish was incredibly moist and had loads of flavor. If you’re looking for something different and from than the normal chain restaurants in Dover this is an excellent place to eat.

We love getting food from 426 Caribbean Cuisine. Lynn - the owner is easy to work with. We ordered several dishes for a catered party. Her skills were wonderful and I truly recommend getting food catered for your next party by this restaurant. We come here quite often and REALLY enjoy the taste and flavor of the food. It’s really ethnic Haitian cuisine! ???
