This was the most outstanding restaurant. The best place to go with your children and with friends. Which is just what we did. Our waitress was off the charts amazing. The food was incredible. You should see the milkshakes. I challenge you to find milkshakes like these anywhere else. And an extra bonus for me, a breast cancer survivor, was seeing the wait staff wearing face masks with the pink breast cancer ribbon on it. That made me feel special. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Very classy dining experience located next to the game room at Dover Downs. Dining Room is nice and upscale, dress attire is formal even though some customers were sloppy. Food is good but prices are high.
Sugar Factory, Dover Downs Hotel & Casino®...We had an amazing experience from the start. We were seated right away. Our food came out in a timely manner. All of the staff were very outgoing, from the hostess to the people cleaning. Even the staff that didn’t wait on us made sure they came over to tell Jayden “Happy Birthday!” I thought I’d be annoyed by the noise, but it was moderate. I could hear the staff talking to us and I didn’t feel like I had to speak louder....read full review
