I've just recently started coming to this location, and each time, they impress me with their customer service and pleasant attitudes. That's always a five star in my book.
1 person was working and she was working hard. I had used the app so she was finishing mine up as I arrived. The sandwich was perfectly made and delicious. 5 other people were waiting to order or pickup. She greeted them when they came in and said they could have a seat since she had several orders. I felt bad for her.

This is a franchise, so they don't accept SW coupons and promos. I gave them a 3 star rate only because the staff was nice enough when they told me my online order was voided for that reason. They directed me to another SW location that does accept coupons and promos.
