The only reasons I give 4 stars instead of 5 are accessibility issues. There is no drive thru at this Starbucks, which I'd be fine with except the steps going up to the door. Then, a step as soon as you open the door! I almost missed it, but thankfully, I didn't trip myself up. I don't feel too secure in going there by myself.I can imagine someone else who has a more challenging time with mobility issues never going to this one. I even asked my husband what he thought and whether I had overlooked any other entrance to get in...So it would have 5 stars based upon menu items and service but these accessibility factors are important to too many of us out here.

I just got a drink and the lady at the drive through window handed me my drink with the lid not even on it all the way, so I tried to take my first sip but then it spilled all over my outfit right before the parade. What a great way to start my day, not.

I've been going to this Starbucks for a year and a half now, even though it's a little further from my house than other locations. It does sometimes get a little busy, but other than sometimes longer wait times, I've never had anything negative to say about the service here, and the wait times are often out of staff's control and down to high volume of online and in person orders.In regards to outages of certain items, I've talked to the baristas and been told that they have ordered them, but Starbucks is often slow on restocking their stores or even completely out of items such as cold brew for long periods of time. The baristas are always apologetic and usually offer me an alternative if I'm not able to get my usual.The staff are always super sweet. I want to give a shoutout to all of them, but especially Brian, Megan, and Julia, as they're the ones I usually interact with. Not only are they super friendly, but they also remember things that I've previously shared about my life and will ask for updates. If a mistake is made, which happens to everyone, I've never had an issue mentioning it and getting it fixed. It's such a shame to see these negative reviews for a store that has been nothing but a positive place for me to come and get a coffee from.

I’ve been ordering coffee at this location on and off for about 8 months regularly only when I have to. The staff is extremely rude and seem bothered when they don’t make your coffee right and you ask for it to be fixed. On more then a dozen occasions my coffee was made wrong or have had ingredients left out. There’s only 1 employee Georgia who’s customer service is awesome! This location defiantly needs a class on customer service skills. The dmv treats people better then this place and that says a lot… also, it seems cold brew is very popular at this location being it’s sold out by 12pm most days and goes unavailable for over 48 hours at a time. If someone is so popular you would think staff would up the stock.

Made it about halfway to the counter before the barista barked, "we're closed," and returned to whatever she was doing. She barely looked up. It would be nice if the hours were posted conspicuously, instead of a tiny sticker next to the door. Usually, a store locks their doors when they are closed as well.

Walk in and stand in front of the counter for about five minutes. No one will acknowledge you’re there. Four of them look like they are doing stuff; but, there’s not the slightest interest in the customer waiting and waiting to be seen and served. Two days in a row - the same game. Yesterday I finally ordered my drink then went to the side to wait for my name to be called. I waited. And I waited. And I waited. Then a couple came in and went up to the counter and ordered their drinks. They came over and sat by me and we chatted about the weather or something and then their names were called and they picked up their drinks and left. Meanwhile I was still waiting.You get the idea that this job would be great, except for the customers expecting service.The WORST Starbucks I ever entered. I have quit Starbucks before and I will quit them again. Ridiculous prices. Inconsiderate employees. Across the street at Janssens you can buy a great coffee for half the price. Trouble is someone gave me a $50 gift card to this cruel joke of a coffee shop.
