what ever young woman was on drive through, left lane around 2PM today & took order 7568172 was very rude & got my whole order completely wrong because she is constantly talking over you instead of listening to your order. she couldn’t even get a simple name right which is the simplest thing about the order. only thing that was right about my order is the sauce. if she doesn’t want to be taking orders she shouldn’t be working.

Tonight, I pulled up to the drive thru window to pick up our meal 2 very nice young ladies said they had to prepare some more mac and cheese and asked if I would like to wait or get a refund. I told them that it's no problem I can wait. I waited about 5mins and one of the young ladies walked out in this cold windy weather and handed me a bag and said, "There is extra a cookie and some extra fries for your wait". Thank you so much for your service so very grateful for your kindness!:)
