Havent been to RR for awhile because there food was kinda boring. But they have made some menu changes and actually is back on my list of go to spots now.
We stopped in for lunch, sat at the bar and had to wait because they were short staffed. Our waiter was good. I got the fondue cheese burger. With a lettuce bun. It was delicious but they no longer wrap the burgers with the paper only the tavern burgers get the wrap. So my burger was everywhere and I ended up using my fork. It was also a little expensive for what we got. Can't say I will never go again but it won't be any time soon.

Normally Red Robin is good but this particular experience was THE WORST. My group waited 15 mins before even being assigned a server or offered beverages. Our server finally took our orders and read them back to us which instilled confidence in us that our food would be correct but we were sadly mistaken. Our server only brought out 1 round of drinks, appetizers were forgotten, entrees were never put in, we didn't receive "bottomless" items and it took forever for us to receive change for a $20 bill. When we arrived to the restaurant around 6pm we thought we would have plenty of time to enjoy our food but things didn't go as planned. Our event was 15 mins away and we had to be there by 8pm so needless to say, we were very anxious the entire time we waited for our food. As a former food service worker I was completely disappointed with the service we received.

Let's start out by saying we use to really like Red Robin but not anymore after tonight. The service was very good she was funny and came back and checked on us often . The food on the other hand was horrible. The burger was tiny and under cooked from what I ordered. The fries were cold and soggy. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and it truly was smaller the a mc chicken. This will be our last trip to this location.

My husband was profiled here because of his race. Please do not continue to patronize or support this restaurant. I am going to file a formal complaint with their corporate office on Monday and call the Middletown Chamber of Commerce as well. My husband went into the trstaurant and asked if he could use their men's room and the hostess asked him what was his name and said she would have to ask the manager. She went to get the manager, who said yes, he could. My husband went to men's room and heard someone come in. When he turned around, it was the manager. The manager followed him into the men's room, saying he just "wanted to wash his hands." As my husband went to leave the restroom, the manager moved towards the urinals. My husband and I are in our late 60's, educated and well-spoken. He was dressed in appropriate and clean clothing, not shabby or in any way unkempt. It's a shame he was disrespected in this way.
