I recently had a disappointing experience this local restaurant. The customer service was abysmal; they demanded I return a Stromboli due to a mistake on their end. The lack of understanding and professionalism left a sour taste, making it an overall unpleasant encounter.No longer will I be patronizing this business and I encourage everyone else reading this not to waste their time with this restaurant. Bbq chicken pizza is amazing! Definitely one of the best I've had.Update - 12-29-23 ...delivery drivers must be slow I keep asking for no contact delivery yet they knock on my door ?

We have ordered from Roma several times and never had problems.Today we ordered a jumbo shrimp platter with fries breaded mushrooms and a ham and cheese sub with extra meat. With tip this order cost 54 dollars. The sub was so skimpy and I'm not quite sure what they call ham but it was disgusting. More like ham bologna. For 13.98 I got 5 small butterfly shrimp and a handful of fries. I don't know what's going on with Roma but I'm not ordering from there again.
