My experience was a solid 6/10. All I heard the employees talk about was how they close in an hour and how customers need to stop getting in line. How are we supposed to know they close at six if there are no signs stating that except at the register? My coffee was also 65% full and after asking them about it they stated it was the foam that settled. I opened the lid and it looked like someone drank from it. Disappointing to say the least.
