The food was GOOD as always! I normally go to the cowtown location on tue/sat but I was in the mood for it on a Friday that I had to take that trip to their actual location and it was worth it! I would recommend.

Me and my wife where out on date night in Middletown to do some activities. Once we finished we had looked up restaurants in Middletown. We live in Dover, but we are from New Jersey. The owners are very nice. We talked about fishing and Cow Town. They have a food truck out there. If you have a food truck out there. This means your food is good. My wife ate there before some years back. It was good then. The food was amazing. We got the Whiting Dinner plater. The two side we got where the mac & cheese and the YAMS. We got so much food. We had to bring it home. So please , please. If you want some delicious Soul Food. Come here enjoy the food and support this business. Everything we ordered was made to perfection. We will definitely be back. We will also get a player for my father n law.

Well I literally just called 11:56 a m and got the rudest lady answered the phone straight attitude. I’m a trucker and finding good food spots are time consuming so when I found this spot I’ve been loyal to it but whoever answered the phone just threw that away , in her words “ok then bye “

I have never ever ever seen such arrogance in my life from an average restaurant owner. I asked a question about a side dish and with a smug attitude I get a response. "I've been doing this 40 yrs". What? What does that matter. Then I asked for cabbage and he replies "haven't made it yet" lol. No matter what I asked him he just gave a nasty remark like I was bothering him.. First of all your 450 pounds and you look tired and sickly. Maybe you should be snacking on some humble pie sir!!! This happens each time we go. I like the fish and shrimp but at what cost. When you have integrity and self respect you have to stand for something. I won't be back and everyone I know won't be back. You've literally lost 20 plus customers because your a nasty, arrogant and ignorant dude with a stink attitude..

Greens was nasty, mac and cheese was ok after i added salt, and fried chicken needed flavor.
Wow!!! This was an amazing meal. The fish and all the sides were excellent! My toes were wiggling with every bite. Thank you for some of the best catfish I've ever had and the warm hospitality while we waited!!!!Parking: Very convenient parking.

The fried catfish and collard greens were excellent. Probably best for takeout as the seating area is small.

Was anxious to try the fish. The batter is definitely a winner but fish itself was pretty bland. Was not greeted too well when I walked in. They seemed too distracted on computer to speak and never had eye contact. I'm not even that picky abt that but some common customer friendliness will get you far.

Heard about this place from a friend. Stopped today for a fish fry sandwich. See the photo of just one sandwich. I ordered fried clams as well but I ate them before I could take the picture so there is nothing to show but an empty container. ??They are so nice and accommodating there and the food is outstanding. I will definitely be back. BTW. My side and I split the one fish fry sandwich it was so much. Yummy ??

All of the food was great! I will be back to try all of the food. I was just disappointed that the clam chowder wasn't available, or I would have gotten that too. Also, serving sizes are pretty big so now I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
