Ordered the chicken 3 piece big box meal. On their website it comes with 2 breasts 1 wing 2 sides and a biscuit.I got home and had 2 thighs and a leg. I called the store and was told it comes with thighs and a leg. The person who said she was the manager hung up with a terrible attitude!!So I called KFC corporate and reported her disgusting customer service. I bought two $5 fill-up boxes. They gave me 2 strips instead of 3, thinking I wouldn't check the box in the drive-thru. The other box has original when I asked for crispy. They also forgot the cookies. It's like nobody in the building cared about properly making the order. After the pandemic this location has become even worse. They never give me the correct order.
