Both of my chalupas were cold, and it made me very sad. I ordered a watermelon lemonade slushy and got a black cherry. Don't get me wrong, the black cherry was good, it's just not what I ordered.
Frozen food, not heated properly, employees not enthused to work or serve the customers, you get a negative vibe when you order and when you get your food, is like they don't want you to eat there, Poor inviroment, bad experience ?

Orders are wrong fairly often. Just got a "chalupa box" that had a soft taco instead of a chalupa in it. Previously they did not put everything in the bag and I had to go inside.Inside is never open for breakfast.
