Chef Dana did an amazing job on my daughter’s first birthday cake! He never disappoints and I use his exclusively for custom cakes because of his unique ability to capture a vision with precision.The taste of the cake is not compromised with his talent for artistry! We were all licking the buttercream from the forks, our fingers, everything!Unfortunately, the cake was dropped before the party, so this picture doesn’t capture the bottom tier.
I’ve placed 3 orders with this company and all were good except the last one a 9inch bday cake completey crumbled in front of my guest i couldn’t get not a single slice from the cake and all I got was an apology from the bakery. When I picked the order up that day in store there was also a dead rodent smell in the bakery but my event was already planned and my things were paid for. When I tell you this cake was bomb!!! Not only did it look pretty the taste was amazing. The cake was moist and melted in your mouth. The turn around time was fast and efficient. I will definitely be back! ( 10' marble buttercream heart cake)
