This is a bar/restaurant within a Hilton. You should walk in with expectations adjusted as-so. The service is far and away the best aspect of this venue and, well...I would say that is befitting the setting. My husband and I traveled to Wilmington, DE from Wilmington, NC to photograph a wedding. I have anaphylactic food allergies and was concerned about possibly having a reaction this close to the wedding. We chose to eat at the Market Kitchen and Bar inside of the Hilton Wilmington/Christiana where we are staying. Food was great!!! We had the Mahi and the salmon both were cooked and flavored perfectly. The fried brussel sprout appetizer was surprisingly good (and I don't eat brussel sprouts). Nice atmosphere. Fire pit burning out side was also cool. Our waitress, Amanda, was on point and very pleasant. We will definitely spread the word.
