First, when we got to the order window we weren’t acknowledged until we said “hello”. Multiple people in line in front of us were driving around and away from the line, which should have been our first warning. By the time we got to the window, I was handed a drink that was very obviously made wrong. I ordered an iced chai tea latte, which I’ve had dozens of times before so I know what it looks like. If you want to take-out, just drive through, even if the line is too long. They prioritize the drive throughs more than the walk-ins. Waited about 30 mins for a cup of cappuccino. The staff is nice, but it’s just too much for them to handle the workload with amount of people order there, especially since it’s right by the

This location is severely under staffed. This was my second time here and had the same experience a few months apart. I waited 35 minutes for a plain coffee. I ordered and paid for oat milk. I was given a black coffee which I did not realize until we were back on the road. The top does not fit properly on the cups (it is not your typical Starbucks lid) which is important for when you’re going to be drinking your coffee while driving.
