The braised beef short ribs were fantastic, also had blackened swordfish steak which was very good. The food and the drinks are very good the prices are average for the area and the would recommend you try it for yourself I'm pretty sure you will enjoy it.
I would like to take a moment and simply state, Jam Bistro should be called "The Jam"! The food was amazing! They are in a sweet spot right close to the main thoroughfare of Rehoboth Beach! From when we entered at 5pm to the servers promptly seating us, I knew we were in for a treat! Jam Bistro was recommended to us by our knowledgeable server, Liam! Recommended spot by my mom who was vacationing in the area about a month prior. Definitely more her scene, but I can speak to the drinks being delicious. You can't make a wrong choice!
