“For lunch? Five stars. Usually this place is over rated but I got Disney cast member vibes. Everyone was in such a good mood. From the host. To the bar tender who gave us drinks while we waited for our table. To our server jusyin. everyone greeted us with a smile and warm interactions. Even the manager came over and said hello. Expresso martini was too notch, got me in the right mood to do some outlet shopping next. Bob voyage.“
“Ava's Detroit style pizza!! I had the plain cheese to set a baseline, and the baseline is well above average (closer to perfect). The crust, the sauce, the cheese! Maybe I'm biased cuz I like pizza, and who doesn't. If you want an upscale dining experience but are still in the mood for that heaven on a rectangle piece of dough(that's how they're Detroit Pizza is), definitely give them a try.“
“If you're looking for quality craft beer and a pleasurable hang, take a trip here. As this is the "off season", outside seating is not recommended below 50 degrees. There is a tent and heating within, but my wife and I went inside. Cozy, but sill spacious bar seating and tables off to the side. Beer was wonderful, as always, with a great variety of IPA's (NE and West Coast), Stouts, Pilsner, Lager and Sours. There is a pizza truck outside that cooks up a nice selection. Bartenders have always been helpful for advice, and friendly (not always found elsewhere IMHO).“
“Many delicious options for both food and drink. Vegan pizza! Yay! Also, a large variety of brews. Friendly staffVegetarian options: Vegan options alsoDietary restrictions: Vegan options, yay!Kid-friendliness: Superman and Batman were there. (Kids in costume)“
“Yo let me tell you what!! Hands down the best mom and pop shop in Delaware that I know of? The cheesesteak I had yesterday was better than Philly, by far!! I know my food and this place right here is it!! It’s down by the beach and this is my second time here!! I’ll be coming back for sure!!“
“No frills, amazing pizza at a good price. Truly a Rehoboth staple and you’d be short-changing yourself to miss a slice here. I find myself in Rehoboth less and less these days as I’ve moved away but whenever I visit this is my first stop.“
“Ok, dill pickle pizza might sound weird, but this creation is delicious! Thinly sliced dill pickles, sliced onion and the salt of the bacon on a white pizza hit the spot. The food truck with a wood-fired oven sits across from the Revelation Brewery. Their wings are baked, not fried, so it's a more delicate taste. I liked the garlic. You can order and pay at the bar and they buzz you when it's ready. Cook to order,so chill and have a beer with friends. Super chill atmosphere filled with folks riding bikes on a beautiful day.“
“Grotto’s Pizza is the best! We ate here every time we went to the beach when I was growing up and we still eat here a bunch of times every summer. I’ll never get tired of their pizza. They also have good pasta and salads. Servers are always very sweet and friendly.Kid-friendliness: Pretty kid friendly - always see families eating here, and they provide kids menus with crayons.“
“Came here for a meal w the kids. I haven't been to this location but I've been to grottos a lot at other locations. Restaurant was empty and service was great. Pizza was good like always. It's a bit expensive for what you get tho.“
“Pizza was really good - had the fig & prosciutto - yummy! Caesar salad was also good. Drink menu options were also good. Very friendly service - though it was obvious they were short staffed (bar, waiter & kitchen staff) they remained unruffled & attentive. Cute atmosphere - old school family bistro style. Family friendly & we noted a busy carry out service. Would definitely recommend & will return!“
