Pizza by the slice for dinner was affordable, there were several varieties with large slices.They weren't reheated hot enough, leaving them lukewarm and the cheese is not the highest quality.For a quick, easy bite while coming through town it's an excellent option.Bathroom's were clean and parking is abundant.Vegetarian options: Lots of topping variety for vegetarians.

Usually order from here on a regular basis. Ordered a pizza the other night. Husband and I both had severe stomach pain right after. Ended up having food poisoning all night. Also when I called and ordered I had to ask for the total, didn't ask for my name or phone number which I found strange. Took an hour to show up.

When I show up, gave them my number and they ask what's your order they stare at me like I'm the dumb one.What pizza place messes up an order for 2 large cheese pizzas? How do you screw that up? A retarded pizza place obviously. There were like 10 people working at once out of that many people you can't make 2 large cheese pizzas like someone ordered? Pathetic.Hire Americans. Speak english.

This is my second negative experience with service at Cafe Sitaly. First let me say, I am a server myself and have worked from catering, to VIP table service, to fast-paced restaurant service, to casual dining. Upon entering there were 8 employees from the floor to the kitchen, with no one seating, hosting, or directing people crowded by the door. People were waiting for tables, waiting to pay for takeout, and waiting for pickup. Two young adults in charge of this station were on their phones or plating garlic knots and neglecting the growing line of people in the door.Once I was seated, the average time between seating and ordering a beverage was 10-12 minutes. Some people waited 22 minutes just to place drinks and an appetizer.When I did place a drink and app, my app did not come out for an additional 27 minutes. We are now 39 minutes into dinner service and the app was asked to be brought out by the server 5 times, which the kitchen “forgot” and “blamed it on her”. Mind you, this young waitress is who I had last time, and has no direction, table management, or aid from her coworkers. So I cannot blame her.There are 2 people cleaning tables and one person serving 8 tables. Eight. The bussers reset but do not do the least to offer water and bread. The lead waitress also runs food and her counterparts disappear into the kitchen to wait for food or go on their phones (visible to the rest of the restaurant).Overall the food was fantastic but due to lack of service orderliness I will not return.I felt extremely bad for the two women next to me who were scolded for asking for a lemon and straws and their order was partially incorrect, as well as the two couples who sat after me who waited 12-17 minutes to place a drink order for water. Followed by 7+ minute periods with no one on the floor.I enjoy the food but the service and kitchen staff do not have direction and the superfluous staff standing around watching one server drown is uncalled for. Not to mention she needs to shadow someone to become efficient in providing quality service as a baseline.
