Friendly staff, fast service, food is always hot when you get it. (Some locations, it's actually still cold.) I would give 5 stars but there's always one or two little things wrong. It's always when you make an addition to something, ie. Sandwich but with extra meat, or a different cheese. Today was a tomato and pesto sandwich with the addition of bacon. When business is slower, it's friendly and food/drinks are well prepared but when it's busy they don't stir drinks with swirl and food orders are frequently incorrect. When Alex is working Drive thru, drinks are well prepared so hats off to her.
