The food is AMAZING. Can you please get online ordering? I think it would make the experience better for customers and staff!

This is concerning the Trolley Square restaurant. I frequent El Diablos often and always had great service and quesadillas that were cooked to a slightly crispy perfection that usually takes around 7-10 minutes in the press. Tonight however, I was in and out in under 3 minutes and my quesadilla was not crispy and the contents are falling out when I pick it up to eat it. I called and left a complaint on the voicemail and immediately received a call back. The caller never stated her name asked me what the issue was and after I told her the issue she asked “but was the cheese melted?” I told her “barely” and her response was “so the cheese was melted. I then said,“Where is your manager?” “Because you can’t be the manager speaking like this”. She then stated the manager was nearby as if the call was being supervised. I then let her know I did not appreciate her playing on my phone and that I would be calling back to speak to a manager tomorrow (which I am). I also let her know I would be leaving a bad review (which I am). Seems like the closing front end shift on 2/2/2024 needs to be retrained on customer service and cooking times.

Yes it's expensive. $15 for a burrito. This takes flavor to a new level though. Sherry onions, multiple peppers, sauces, marinated meats, variety of toppings that aren't just plain boring ingredients. If you order appropriately, the food is JAM packed. You would be silly not to try this place if you've never been.
El Diablo is a great local spot for burritos, bowls, salads, and quesadillas. They have a ton of options for everyone and is definitely a step up from chipotle. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the prices are a little steep but I understand they're a small business. If you're in town definitely check them out!

Awesome food , but service would not be complete without hair nets or a cap. I Even see staff chewing gum. ??☹️ and I see ServSaf certification on the wall.

First time going. Everything was fresh, staff super friendly & helpful!
This place is wonderful. Later in the week around dinner time, the line stretches out the door, while people wait to put their order in, and watch their food being made fresh and exactly as they want it. The food quality is excellent, everything is clean, and the staff is very helpful in walking new customers through the ordering process: basically choosing a burrito, tacos, a bowl, a quesadilla, etc. then your protein: meat, beans, then rice if you like. etc. Next come toppings, sauce, veggies - exactly what you want. The only reason this is not a five star review is because of their lack of sides. Their burritos are absolutely massive, so if I'm ordering one of those, I wouldn't want a side. But with tacos or a quesadilla, you might, and it might be nice to have rice and beans, pintos and cheese, something like that on the menu and priced, so you know what you're ordering. They will do it off menu, though. The one thing they do have, are very, very good tortilla chips with queso. Be forewarned, if you plan to eat that whole bag of chips, you're going to need a 2nd cup of queso. They give you a honkin bag of chips.

Absolutely delicious food. I can tell all the food is fresh. Everything is completely customizable. The restaurant area is quite small so I would only choose to eat in the restaurant during non-peak hours. The girls working behind the counter were friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions.

Salad is always delicious here. The shop is a lot smaller at the Trolley Center, so expect possibly not having a spot to sit down and eat in. Staff are friendly and always have a smile when greeting.

The best “Chipotle style” Mexican place I’ve ever been. I go as often as I can when I’m in Delaware.
