I ordered 2 orders of breadsticks on line and paid for it. All I had to do was walk into the store and give them my name. I waited in the store for 45 min just to be asked if I could be helped.When I was finally asked if I could be helped. I gave them my name and I was notified my orders were not ready yet. Absolutely INSANE!!!!!3 employees and only 1 gentleman seemed stressed and was actually working. Never again!!!!

You'll get pizza but that's about it (and not a very good one either). Zero customer service skills out of anyone there. I now know why they have a sign on the door that leads to behind the counter that says "no customers beyond this point". They must have had to put it on there for the amount of people who most likely just walked back there and grabbed their paid for pizza off the shelf that they could see as they were standing there waiting for who knows how long before someone greeted them. I'll try the other one on Basin Rd. next time. Or maybe I just need to not eat PJ's anymore.

Ordered deliver on 1/29/24. The food was disgusting, Soggy, undercooked and had a hair In it (I’m bald so it isn’t mine). This place is trash and the person who made the food actually put it in the box looking and tasting like that makes them trash.

This places never sends you the sauces so they can refund and get as a tip these guys are scammers never ordering from here again very unprofessional pizza place completely sucks this the 4th time and they never come out to give you what you payed for like if it's on the customer and not on them

Ok first the food is good BUT! Im sorry we order the pizza to be cut i have to cut it at home and! When im done cutting it’s already cold! And, it’s so bad that every time i get a pizza i predict it’s not cut and what, A SURPRISE! It’s not cut so get your Quality up not your funny up.
The workers here were professional. We had the veggie cheese Pizza at midnight and it was delicious. Thank you!
