The taste of the protein was good, I would expect an improvement in the presentation of the companions, the phenomenal service, the person in charge of the bar is great. It is a cozy place. “Went for ice cream tonight at the Beach Hut. Absolutely delicious! Amanda served us at the outside window, she was very friendly. The ice cream was great, I had the triple peanut butter ice cream, others had the mint chocolate chip and regular chocolate chip. So good! I highly recommend stopping by one night for ice cream.”

An island favorite owned and operated by an AMI born and raised local — if you haven’t been to gRub, it’s a must. gRub’s creative menu has something for everyone (the sides are amazing too) + quality ingredients, you can tell every dish is made with a lot of TLC. It’s definitely a place you will crave.”

“Great views of the beach. There was even a large turtle that sauntered across the patio. Beware of your seat selection. Anything near the edge of the roof is going to be in the sun as the afternoon progresses. A little on the pricey side. Valet parking is "complimentary".”

“A casual and cool place to go if your staying on AMI. Food is pretty good for being at the end of a pier, we love that they offer a vegetarian burger along side some great seafood items. Live music is nearly also on, so grab a beer and sit down for an hour of great views and good times”

“The AMI team is the absolute BEST! We accidentally made a reservation for a party of 15 people at a different location that was meant for Anna Maria Island and when we rolled in the small staff was terrified. This happened to be during spring break which is a super busy time and all restaurants are packed. But they quickly accommodated us and pulled together a large table. They worked extremely hard to handle our group and all the food was fantastic. We got really lucky they could have easily turned us away. They were even able to accommodate a family member in a wheelchair. Just amazing. At the end of the meal we gave them a standing ovation. So sorry to other location we accidentally made the initial reservation…we’re very sorry.”

“As a Philadelphia raised guy, I am super happy with the quality of the food and theme of the restaurant. My Pizza Steak Sandwich was great and we enjoyed the appetizers (Pretzels and Pierogis). This is my favorite sit down spot to visit when I go down to visit my families house on the island. Imported Amoroso Rolls makes the experience enhanced.Parking: When parking is available, it’s convenient. But when it is during busy hours it may become scarce.”

“Great atmosphere and alot of fun for the family eating out on the outside deck on the pier! Plenty of wildlife to watch and great views! Kids enjoyed the fish and chips and burger. Wife and I had the amberjack and mahi mahi! Both excellent with great flavor rice and loved the mango cups. Rey friendly waitress and great overall experience. Not terribly pricey either for seafood! We will be back.Parking: Hard to find parking so make sure to eat on the earlier side or park down the street a bit. Not a bad walk and great area. If you get lucky, you can get a spot in the lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the pier!”

“There is no seating except for outside. The coffee was one of the worst that my husband has ever had. He didn't even finish it, the coffee tasted chemically from the heat and the Styrofoam cup. He would NOT recommend the coffee, other items may be fine.”
