Register attendant told my wife (on phone) that she couldn't take a call order in as the counter was full. I had arrived early for pickup and there was no line.I waited at a table, calling the wife for a status check. She couldn't pick up as the lady was saying the wait line was backed up. I went ahead and ordered in person. Interesting back and forth on the other side of the counter, but food was prepared quickly and courteously.“
“We were assisted by a young man named Josh. He was super helpful and gave the best service I have gotten at any Subway in a long time. I always request a specific (small) amount of mayo and he was spot on. He was also friendly and engaged all members of my family while making their sandwiches.“
“I had a great experience at Bach Lac Bakery and Boba. The place has an open and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and cozy seating. The Vietnamese sandwiches are tasty and authentic, with fresh bread and flavorful fillings. The Vietnamese coffee is strong and good, perfect for a pick-me-up. I will definitely be back and try their boba next time. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Vietnamese food and drinks.“
“I’ve eaten at this location several times and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff greet me everytime and work very quickly. Sometimes I do feel a bit rushed to place my order because they are trying to be so efficient. Also, the location isn’t my favorite, I wish they were in a newer area. Rent prices are probably astronomical these days, which might be why they haven’t relocated. Nevertheless, the quality is very good and I’m a repeat customer.“

“This location has changed in terms of service. Speedy, understanding and cheaper than the one I normally go to in lake Wales. There's one in lake Wales where I normally go to. I get the number 33. $20 for a foot long no chips no drink. This location charged me $12 for the exact same thing. Number 33, no chips no drink.“
“Huge S/O to Jimmy John's for taking care of us. Everything was great and the staff was Awesome. Came all the way down from Albany NY for our spring softball games. Who did we meet as our server at JJs but a College Of St Rose Alumni who was a shift manager that put together our order. We were so happy to meet her we gave her a team shirt. “5 stars for Jasmine made our 3 foot long sandwiches. She was very mind full of her shirt not touching our sandwiches as she reached for the items we ask for. Very clean server. The other ladies that were working were dragging their shirts over the sandwiches each time they reached to get anything for the sandwich they were making. I would have told them no thanks, I wouldn’t have paid for the sandwiches from them. I don’t want your sweatie clothes on my food.“
