“Good service and personable but the food is worth the trip. I travel from Jacksonville to get my pizza here. Great thin crust pizza, plenty of topping, sauce is perfect and not too much cheese. The drinks are large and refillable. There is more here but the all meat pizza is the best in Duval County. There is a selection of Italian foods and desserts other thàn pizza. Indoor and outside seating. Nice bathrooms available. Most of the parking is behind the building. Save room for a dessert pizza. It is worth the wait.”

“For a Waffle house this one is pretty nice. Cleaner and seemed to be cooking to code. ( It's touch and go with them as a whole ) I'd recommend stopping if you like Waffle house. They had a very nice crew, we were in and out in 30 mins. Clean bathrooms. I marked it on our stops for travel.”

“OK, so, this one is great for a gas station, but kind of dumpy for a Pilot. Restrooms are clean, food area is clean, all is well. But, the whole layout, size, and options are kind of like a clean regular gas station and not uppity like most Pilots. It's smaller, and has only 5 or 6 options on the soda fountain as opposed to a Coke Freestyle machine or something. And that's abt the whole vibes. Stopped here to take a 3 year old to the restroom and get some food for him. Restrooms were clean, or at least one of two stalls was clean and it looked like they got checked on the regular. Cashier was great with knowing what hot food cost (corn dogs were on sale that week), and scanning the Pilot app fast for some coupons. With coupons on the app, I left with 2 corn dogs and a pair of sunglasses for 5 dollars plus tax, which is less than it would cost at a WalMart, and with getting a bathroom break for the kids, so of course I'm pleased with the whole experience. As of today, in 2019, this location has a Subway in it for food. Also a decent selection of basics, like cell phone chargers and hot food snacks like you'd expect, so good for getting basics while on the road. Kind of small, but has the basics.”

“The bar area is my favorite view. The staff is us usually pretty prompt to get you seated and take your order. The DRINKS are beautiful, balanced and delicious, the food is very good. The Steamed Pork Dumplings are incredible! If you're in a hurry to leave ask for your check before you are finished and cash out to save time. Try the Cucumber Martini. It's like a drink and a vodka infused cucumber snack! Great atmosphere for a chill date night close to home or a quick lunch break if you are nearby.Parking: It's a shared lot for multiple businesses in the plaza but there are plenty spots.Kid-friendliness: We take our 5 year old and newborn all the time and there have been no issues at all.”

“If you are in the area, go to Cousin Willie's! My hubby and I are on a road trip from the cold, snowy area north of the Mason Dixon line to Ft Myers, Florida. We stopped for gas and a late lunch and found Cousin Willie's. With the gigantic concrete pig outside, we just had to try it. We ordered the three meat platter with beef, pork, and turkey to split. We picked baked beans and fried okra as the side dishes and it came with two slices of garlic bread. Everything was delicious! And it's probably the best turkey I've ever had - very juicy and tender. The food was excellent as well as the service. I ranked the atmosphere five stars as well because it's very clean, but be aware this is not a fine dining experience. The decor is fun and quirky.”

“We have driven by Cinco De Mayo many times and have wondered about their food. We finally decided to try them. I ordered beef enchiladas with rice and beans and my wife ordered a chicken burrito. The waitress brought me ground beef instead of the shredded beef I ordered. She must have misunderstood me. I felt bad sending it back because she was a nice person. It was okay but I definitely wouldn’t order it again. The rice was pretty good and the refried beans were only average. I ate a little of my wife’s chicken burrito and the spice was decent. She said it was good but it was too large although she managed to eat it. The best part of the meal was the tres leche cake. It was as good as any I’ve eaten. I have eaten it in many places and this ranks right up with the other two best I’ve ever eaten. We may just go back there for a good dessert.”

“Just passed by. I wish I had tried the wings instead. I got the club sandwich and it was just okay.But their fried pickles are amazing. The batter is perfect, the thickness of the pickle chips make it more enjoyable and their homemade ranch was great. And that's coming from someone who doesn't really care for ranch. The only downside was how greasy they were, so I just folded a paper towel and dabbed the pickles dry.”

The customer service could have been a bit better. As you know we all have bad days and I think that's all that was going on, them not having the best day. “On any typical day coming in this establishment has been a headache and a nuisance sometimes when you trying to just get a simple sandwich inappropriate time frame.. But today that all changed, Ms Regina, with the praise the welcoming and their polite demeanor set the tone soon as I walk through the door all the way to cashing out at the end. The team she had with her did a great job, and I was in and out of there as how it always should be.. most of the subways in the area only staff with one maybe two people. This location always has three people but it's the slowest one in Jacksonville's... But today show it can be done and I appreciate the urgency and the teamwork they put in to get us in and out on a beautiful day..
