“We just moved to the area and Marcos is the closest pizza restaurant so we decided to give it a try, and they did not disappoint! The online process to order was seamless, with tons of discounted options available and up to date notifications for when your order is ready. When we picked up our order, the inside atmosphere was very clean, friendly and just get very homey. It reminded me of my mother in laws pizza shop in Arizona it felt so cozy! We ordered the cheesy bread and pepperoni pizza. The food was very delicious! The temperature, sauce, and toppings were all perfect. They evenly distributed everything throughout the order and it wasn’t too saucy, just the right amount. We’ve tried a lot of pizza places around town but Marcos is definitely a top contender! I can say for certain this will become our new pizza shop, so delicious!“
“Usually they are excellent! Ordered from them online and they never showed up. I also called and they didn't show up the second time that night after the mistake either. However, they did refund my money back quickly. I will order again obviously, because I do think they're very good. I'm going to chalk it up to one bad night at the Pizza Hut ?Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza“
“Great customer service and great pizza, i've seen this kids hussle when making the pizza when there is only 2 workers in there and cx start pouring in but they still do there thing. I know there are ppl who want a super quick in and out service but for me, it is fast enough and i'll take great cx service over anything “
“Ordered on the app, 28.99 family meal deal, 2 large pizzas, large cajun bread & a 2 liter. I was there early and I still waited only 10 minutes max for it all to be done and served hot and fresh! Extra Garlic butter crust, extra pizza sauce, mozzarella, etc etc.“
“My husband and I had never been to Il Forno's and I had heard good things so we took a chance. Emily was our server and she was very pleasant and attentive. The Bruschetta was delicious. The Caesar salad was fresh. He ordered the veal piccata and raved about it. I don't eat veal so I ordered the eggplant parmigiana. The eggplant was good, but the red sauce??? Sauce is not that difficult but this was awful! It was bitter and watery (it separated and water pooled at the bottom of my plate). It kinda tasted like the same sauce they use for pizza. It pretty much ruined the entire dish. If you're expecting a quiet, intimate dining experience, don't come here. With all the groups they pack in, it quickly begins to sound like a sports bar. I'm not sure that we'll be back. I certainly would not recommend Il Fornos.“
“If your from up north and missing some good chicken Parms on fresh bread this place is the place to go. The owner is super attentive and cares about his business, me and my dad just got chicken parms and they were amazing definitely be back soon to try other things on the “
“This is hands-down my favorite pizza restaurant I’ve been to. I’m from Niagara Falls, so I googled Buffalo style pizza place and this was what came up. This was a 60 mile drive from Springhill to Lakeland and it was worth every second. The owner was a wonderful guy, and the pizza gave me flashbacks to my childhood. If you want a taste of Western New York and you live in Florida come here, you won’t regret it.“
“My family and I ate here last night (2/22/24) for the first time and we were quite pleased. They had a special going on for $15 large pizzas and $10 meatball sliders. We got both specials, as well as a kids pizza, a house salad, and lavash bread. The food was all really good. Our server, Racheal, was fantastic. She was super friendly, quick, held good conversation with us, and was able to promptly answer all of our questions as well as make appropriate suggestions when we asked. The only reason I'm dropping 1 star is because of the 3% "Service Charge" on my check. While it wasn't blatantly labeled as a credit card surcharge, that is what it was. That is always what it is. And frankly, it's federally illegal to surcharge a debit card under the Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.Additionally, if a business is going to surcharge a card (which again, illegal for debit cards, but not for credit cards) they are mandated to post clear signage upon entry of the establishment that a surcharge will be added to the bill if paying via card. I did not see such signage at KC's (although, to be fair, I may have missed it)I understand that running a small business is tough, I also understand that merchant processors charge the business to swipe both debit and credit cards. Typically that swipe percentage is aroun 2.5% + $0.10 transaction fee.My qualm is that is simply the cost of doing business in today's world. Restaurants in general seem to be the only business that regularly engages in this practice. I don't pay an extra 3% at the grocery store, convenience store, department store, or really any other store. In my view, the cost that the business incurs for processing debit and credit cards should be baked into the prices of the goods they sell, not passed off to the customer as an additional fee. If the business is not making enough margins on their menu prices, then raise the menu prices.I get nickel and dime'd enough on my other bills (Looking at you TECO)Will we eat here again? Yes, absolutely. The food was good and the service was great. But my point stands.“
“My fiancé and I ate here last night and we’ve been talking about how great our experience was since we’ve left. We ordered a small puzza with pepperoni, ham, black olives, green pepper, onion and mushrooms. Our food was absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last. Our crust was golden brown and crunchy to the last bite but not too crunchy. It was absolutely perfect with just the right amount of toppings. Nothing was overwhelming. It was all proportioned very well. Definitely recommend!“
“I really enjoyed the pizza. The place was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful and answered additional questions when I was interested in another dish I saw. Great place to try!Kid-friendliness: It's a big space and it's definitely family oriented so even if they are loud it's kinda expected“
