Came on 12/15 for coffees at 830am. Every single pot was empty and they had nothing brewed and ready to go. Had to wait 15 minutes for a dang coffee that was horrible because the kid must have filled it as it was brewing (and much stronger). Waste of time and money.
From the beginning I thought the employees acted like they didn’t want to be there! Just not friendly!I asked for my everything bagel to be cut in half but when I received it they cut it less than an 1/8 of an inch from the bottom and not all the way through. When I asked if they could recut it they just threw it in with the other bagels and cut another one! A lady standing beside me said I can’t believe they are going to resell it after you had it and tried to recut it yourself!Also...read full review
