“My recollection is that I was the very first customer of Lisa's Kitchen when they opened their doors. I gave Lisa a dollar bill to put on the wall, signifying good luckTonight, I was in the mood for shrimp and lobster sauce, which I love but rarely get, because most restaurants don't make, or even know what. "Boston style" means! After inhaling such a delicious meal, it dawned on me that I'd just consumed the best SLS, Boston Style since my last visit to Wo Hop on Mott Street many years ago.I picked up the phone and called Lisa to let her know how pleased I was. As always, she was so nice!I hear people in this area constantly complain that "there's no good Chinese food in Florida"...if you want it, go to Chinatown, New York City".Well, I totally disagree, as IMO all you need to do is pick up the phone and call Lisa. You will not be disappointed., in fact you'll be very happy you did.Everyone has their own opinion, and you'll always encounter those who disagree, so I'll say it again...IN MY OPINION.Next time you're in the mood for Chinese takeout , give Lisa a call and get yourself some great food. BTW, delivery from Lisa's is amazingly fast and accurate. She even keeps track of how many miles and minutes your home is from the restaurant, who does that?Ok, enough until my next craving for Shrimp and Lobster Sauce, Boston Style.Way to go Lisa (and family).Bobby“
“I fell in love with pho while living on the west coast and had been searching for decent Pho here in South Florida for months. I was extremely disappointed by every place I tried, and half the time the nonsense that those places try to pass off as pho wasn't even edible. I stumbled across Pho Boca and was really blown away at how good it is. I have been back a half dozen times to try different bowls and can confirm this place is consistently amazing with every bowl of savory broth just as good as the last. Highly recommended.“
“A GREAT find in Boca Raton! We ate there on a Saturday afternoon. The owner/chef was extremely hospitable and explained many of the authentic items on the menu. Delicious!!! The Dim Sum sampler, soft shell crab and Peking Duck are exceptional! Great service! Highly recommend!“
“Happy surprise for Boca Raton Florida. Chinese food is just okay across the board in this part of the country, with plenty of spots to choose from. A few good restaurants at best. Straight up take-out the same/just okay. This spot has the goods, overtones of wow, give me more. Dancing flavors, texture profile, spices, each dish has its own mark tapping the taste buds. Quick can mean quality if you know how to cook, and these chefs can cook! Will definitely go back to try new stuff.Vegetarian options: Lots of optionsParking: Easy in, out, plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking, wheelchair accessible from street“
“I’m picky about food in general, but especially about Chinese food, and because of that I don’t order out often (Chinese), and find that when I do I am often disappointed. This was my first time ordering from China Spring II and to my surprise, I was very pleased with my order. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were more than adequate. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. The Fried Rice actually looked and tasted like what I am accustomed to with New York Chinese food, and not what I’ve seen in some restaurants here in Florida - yellow rice with soy sauce and whatever protein is added. I also ordered 2 shrimp dishes and surprise again. The amount of shrimp was proportional to the size of each dish. I will definitely order again from China Spring II.“
“Food is amazing. Drinks are really good. Asian pear mojito is the best I've had. Only complaint is the parking lot is terrible and they get really busy at night. But that is to be expected of anywhere that is good these days. Especially in Boca. Orange chicken is awesome. See the bartender with the beard for perfect cocktails.“
“Hands down the best Chinese food delivery we’ve had. Ordered two combination platters. Loved the fresh tasting, non-greasy egg rolls. The wonton soup had two large wontons in a rich broth. I really enjoyed Singapore noodles and my husband raved about the bourbon chicken. Really generous portions at a great price. Looking forward to trying more dishes. Plus, delivery was quick and efficient!“
“Ordered the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken which came with white rice. It was a large portion with about 750 calories according to the menu. Taste was quite good and had a kick. Now it's not quite up to Thai restaurant level but it was quite tasty. I've had the Pad Thai which is closer to authentic taste. Thai donuts with condensed milk are awesome! Portions and prices are spot on. Everything here I've tried is good. Well worth the trip.“
“Owners are amazing! Hats off to the gentleman cooking as well. Everything has been delicious. We’ve had the egg rolls, Rangoon, general tsos combo, the shrimp lo mein and the homemade hot sauce! Everything was amazing. The service is very warm as well. Been in Florida 10 years and this is the first place that’s made great Chinese food! If you’re looking for authentic New York tasting Chinese this is the place.“
“When a 10 year old and a 7 year old are working while the parents are in the back, you know its gonna be good. This is just normal in China. Its teaching them a lot and its a huge reason why Chinese people are smarter and harder working than us Americans. The food is good too. White meat chicken. Not that dark meat hard to chew and have to pull on chicken. rice is good too.“
“Atmosphere was amazing. Cocktails were good. Food was delicious. We had the sea bass, moo shu veggies, spare ribs, soup dumplings, fried rice, edemame, and sesame noodles. All were shared by 4 of us. The only small issue was the edemame had tingling sensation due to the spiciness. Plain steamed edemame would have been better. We will definitely be back!!“
“I've been looking at reviews of Chef Tai's takeout for the longest time and decided tonight's the night to give it a shot and it didn't disappoint me, I've been a regular at a Chinese restaurant in Delray for years and recently stopped eating there due to their poor management , and their disregard for long time customers. Chef Tai ( take out only) is in a strip mall in Boca, that's easy to miss as it's a home in the wall with pretty good Chinese food. Small, with a little counter and a few chairs is the decor. I ordered , then picked up for my family. Wonton soup ( good), boneless ribs ( good), egg rolls ( good), dumplings ( fair), General Cho's chicken ( very good), Mongolian Beef( (too spicy yet good), Roast Pork chow mein ( spicy but good), fried rice ( fair to good). Overall , it was enjoyable and we will return. Being. Chinese food lover I'm delighted to have tried Chef Tai's I look forward to my next desire to have Chinese, as Tai's has made the cut! Lee ( behind the counter ) is nice , so give it a shot, you'll enjoy.“
“The food was cooked perfectly. I'm usually skeptical to order Chinese food because it tends to make me nauseous but this right here had your boy wiggling in his chair like a caught fish. I didn't even have time to take a picture cuz I inhaled the food. It's been a long time since I could taste the subtle sweet spice of a green bell pepper because our food especially produce tastes like water. The fried wings had a hint of fresh ginger. The egg rolls fried to perfection. The beef and broccoli was tender and flavorful. Sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice excellent and the shrimp lo mein amazing. I could tell I was eating clean food bcuz it wasn't making me feel heavy. As a trucker good food usually in gross fast food but places like your restaurant keeps Uber eats running. Thx, for your service.“
“Im not sure why this place got only 3.5 stars... it's easily the BEST Chinese food I've had in Boca. The service was good, and was quite busy when I was there to pick up my food. I've been to nearly every Chinese place in this town, and this place is definitely the best, hands down. Highly recommend you check it out. I will be back.“
“My favorite Chinese take out. It's the most like New York I've found down here and the only place I've been able to find the sesame wontons appetizer in Florida in 25+ years. I drive all the way from lake worth now because the Chinese food up here is meh at “
“We found a review of this place on Facebook and decided to try since we were going to be in the area. We were immediately greeted by a very sweet woman who was so kind and helpful. The food we ordered came out very quickly by the cutest table serving robot. Everything was AMAZING!!!!! Literally every single thing we ordered was incredible. We will definitely be back “
“We made a reservation, just to be sure. But, at 6:30, there were many open tables. We were seated immediately, and given menus, water, tea, noodles and sauces. We placed our orders, and the food arrived very quickly. It was hot, delicious, and plentiful. We couldn't even finish; took home the rest. Cost was reasonable. By 7 p.m., the place was much busier. We had a very nice evening.“
“Second time picking up food from here since the new owners took over and let tell you it is delicious. I've had the boneless ribs, orange beef and orange chicken along with some delicious crab rangoon's and wonton soup. Fine Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend it!“
“Went to 5 spice Thought it sounded nice Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino street food Who else wouldn't be in the mood? 12.99 pho real That's a steal! When I got the bowl it was small However I couldn't finish it all It came off salty and needed that rock sugar To become the aromas I prefer The viet coffee was more sweet than strong At least they didn't do this wrong“
“We have tried every Chinese restaurant and takeout in Boca and Delray over 21 years. The all time past favorite was Uncle Tai's that closed a few years ago and nothing else came close. Last night we ordered from Gary Woo Express and it was outstanding with reasonable prices. As ex-New Yorkers we know the best Chinese. Crispy sesame beef, Garlic eggplant, Roast pork fried rice and an egg roll. Don't miss it, thank you Gary!“
“This take out Chinese food restaurant continues to delight. The Singapore style noodles without eggs cos I'm dairy free and the tofu steamed instead of fried, is a dependable go to for me. I like that there doesn't seem to be too much salt and the price and portion size match up nicely. The service is super fast and there's lots of parking. I added a large order of brown rice and the same applies. You get a good amount and it's relatively salt free. This way you can add salt to your taste. See you soon!“
“It a nice restaurant that has cool food and a nice atmosphere but it is a far walk from where you would usually park. I like the food most of the time sometimes it is just meh and not worth the money. Speaking of money I strongly feel that it is an very overpriced place. I also tried the boba once and it was disgusting.Vegetarian options: They are pretty heavy with the meat but at the end of the day there are some good vegetarian options.“
“Super happy I found this place.. After moving down to Boca from New York last year I have been searching for a good Chinese place. After a while I kind of just gave up looking because the majority of the Chinese spots down here are just sub par to put it nicely lol. Finally after a years search I stumbled across this place last week and couldn’t be happier. Best Chinese around by far and it’s not even close. Finally a place that has white meat chicken and not that weird brown chicken that makes you question whether it’s chicken or not !! Thank you boka fresh for having quality food that reminds me of home. Consider me a regular from here on out and best believe I will be telling everybody I know that lives here where to go when they want some good Chinese. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.“
