I coming here for over a month already and never had any issues. Yesterday I order a latte ice vanilla , they forgot to put the vanilla no problem today April 25 order the same and I told the lady in the cashier. She’s really professional and got my drink in a good order .
The staff was pleasant.I’m really digging the Charli Cold Foam right now and only do it as a treat. Had an appointment and stopped into this D&D.I ordered the M Charli with oat milk.The container came to me looking like milk with whipped cream on top. I took a swig and something was really wrong.I told the manager.He went and asked the staff a few questions then made my drink himself.It still looked the same.
