They are just rude! I had a mobile order but unfortunately had to leave because there line was almost on the street. I came back a hour late and told her my name for the order and that it was a mobile order. She rudely asked "WHAT COFFEE?" I informed the drive thru rep that it was a latte and told her exactly what was in it. Kudos to the (new ?) Dunkin staff and management at Yamato. Not sure if this franchise is under new management, but the food, coffee and efficient customer service is consistently great. Previous management was lacking in all categories. Hard working staff preparing fresh hot sandwiches and beverages which in other Dunkins have been disappointing. Everything here in my experience has been fresh and satisfying. Hope they can keep it up.
