“Kenzie provided outstanding service, as did the gentlemen at the cashier (sorry, I forgot your name). Provided prompt friendly service with a smile. Kenzie went above & beyond to make sure my needs were met and took care of everything with a motivation and enthusiasm. I will be back later today for my daughter now just bc of that. Used to go here often, since I manage an office in the plaza for 8 years but had no idea that everything there changed for the better <3 Food is better, employees, atmosphere and I will now be a regular there again and will tell customers and coworkers that my opinion of this Panera has now completely changed. “The environment is kind, clean and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious! The person that took our order, Andrew Rush was well spoken, calm, kind enough to inform me how large the sandwich was that I orders for my young daughter. I appreciate this because I wasn’t interested in overspending or taking food home.“
