Despite the food ingredients not being authentic traditional recipes, I find the food palatable. It's not something I would drive 45min but it was decent. And the food is cook to order so therefore i gave it a four. I gave service 3 star because they make your food fresh and depending the size of your order you can see atleast a little less than an hour. Adding on there's no waiter working. This place is a gem in the Bonita Springs Flea market! it's got tons of filipino (and american, but be more adventurous!) foods, the staff are nice, and the prices aren't awful. the menu is huge, we went with the Vegetable Lumpia, Lechon Kawali, and Halo Halo, they took less than 15 minutes. The Lechon Kawali (fried pork, like chicharron) smelled, looked, and tasted amazing, crispy, fatty and tender. I was able to take some of my friends from college here recently. They throughly loved it and we tried a bit of everything. The Longsilog is probably my favorite dish there. Makes me miss the Philippines!! It was so nice to show them the food from my family’s culture. The people are so friendly and kind. Maraming Salamat po Kuya Chris and everyone!
